Wide Open View

I'm heading to Insula in mid-June and am looking for info on campsites. There are about 50 identified on Fisher Map #F-31, and I've only been able to get information on 4 of them. We're planning to camp in the northeastern section of the lake for a week and take day trips to fish Insula, as well as neighboring lakes like Cache, Carol, Alice, the Kawishiwi River, etc. Any suggestions on campsites (or fishing spots) are appreciated.

Has anyone seen or caught Sturgeon in the Boundary Waters? Do they surface near Curtain Falls? I read about them in upper LLX but have seen no reports of them to the East.

i have stayed on the 2nd campsite from the east and im going back this year . thought id see if i could get any input on the others. there will be only 3 of us.
