To all who love the BWCA. Foreign backed mining interests are lining up at this moment to buy their way into
areas adjacent to the BWCA to begin the highly destructive practice of sulfide mining.this sulfer laden mining is a known environmental disaster everywhere and has left severely polluted waters in it's wake. Minnesota and our precious BWCA is now in their crosshairs.
Our politicians are not so strangely silent as they prepare to oft the one of the most pristine areas in the world.Time is short and the risks are high for our children and their children. This area is the soul of Minnesota and must not fall to greedy opportunists and cowardly polititians as the end result of sulfide mining is generations of toxic, selfperpetuating toxic run off of heavy mercury,lead,arsenic and ,of course, the greedy one's precious gold and silver.
