Recommended First Aid Kit?

I see several different First Aid kits for sale at Gander Mountain.  Is there a brand name that is the best in First Aid kits?  What things do I definitely need? Thanks.

I just carry a basic two

I just carry a basic two person kit that I bought for $15. It has bee sting relief, band aids, gauze, tweasers, etc. If I traveled alone, I might want a few more things in the First Aid as that is when your metal is tested, getting hurt while alone.
